Night owls unite at the Duck and Waffle for a midnight feast...

Enjoy the glow of London’s cityscape from the 40th floor private dining room while indulging in Chef Dan Doherty’s new, hand-crafted late night menu, designed specifically to satisfy sweet and savoury midnight cravings. 

Begin the gastronomy tour with BBQ spiced pigs ears followed by new dishes from the Late Night Menu including salt beef grilled cheese and mini harissa lamb burgers topped with pickled red onion & ranch dressing on a brioche bun. 

Each course is paired with creative cocktails by the award winning Head of Spirits and Cocktail Development, Rich Woods including the caffeine free ExPresso Martini with Grey Goose Vodka, chicory & birch bark liqueur & Dandelion 'coffee' and the Strawberry which uses all aspects of the fruit with preserved strawberry leaf concentrate, discarded strawberry cordial, pickled strawberry distillate and fermented wine. 

Duck and Waffle Midnight Feast takes place on the 9th August, from 11.30pm. Tickets are on sale now at £85. Limited availability.
