On Tuesday 8th August, for one night only, the bar at BAO Fitzrovia is being taken over by the team from East London Liquor Company to bring diners a unique menu of cocktails designed to be paired with a set menu of five dishes from the BAO founders.

BAO, famous for its signature steamed Taiwanese buns and critically acclaimed kitchen, gained a cult following over the years. Taking over the reins for the evening, the East London Liquor Company (East London’s oldest spirits distillery) will be working with their own highly renowned, award winning spirits to create five new cocktails for the restaurant. Expect unusual drinks such as a cep-infused gin, Kummel, vanilla and squid ink creation.

Bookings can be made from 18:00 onwards online, here. The menu is priced at £40 for a selection of five dishes and one East London Liquor Company cocktail.
