Christina Tosi, chef and founder of New York's award-winning Milk Bar, is heading to Miami's South Beach this summer.
Milk Bar is a chain of dessert and bakery restaurants owned by the James Beard award-winning pastry chef Christina Tosi and the Manhattan-based Momofuku restaurant group. The iconic bakery is now hitting the road to bring a summer sugar rush to the pockets of the country and bringing all your favorite treats along the ride - in a souped up 1969 postal truck turned ice cream van. Milk Bar is rolling into town on August 17 & 18 and taking over Joe's Stone Crab. Expect all their classics like cereal milk soft serve with cornflake crunch, compost cookies, milk bar pie, cake truffles and more, plus limited-edition, customizable tour merchandise and cookbook signings.
