Pasjoli by Dave Beran

A classic French à la carte fine dining spot on Main Street by chef Dave Beran of Dialogue & Alinea acclaim.

Dialogue chef Dave Beran has added to his Westside portfolio with this restaurant, inspired by classic French dining with particular nods to the era of Escoffier  - the French Victorian chef, restaurateur and culinary writer who popularized and updated traditional French cooking methods. Expect a “fun and playful homage to classic French cuisine” - such as a classic duck press on a trolley and table-side caviar service as well as other legendary fine-dining classics. Alongside dishes that reflect the lesser-known, lighter side of French cooking - bolstered by Southern California’s seasonal produce.

Ideal For

Defiant French cooking

Signature Dishes

Thon à la Provençale (marinated tuna with tomato concassé and yogurt), carré d’agneau du Rhône (rack of lamb with olive and lamb jus, artichokes and grapes) and vegetarian champignons (roasted hen of the woods mushrooms with white beans and a buckwheat crêpe) and his take on foie gras - infused chicken livers with Madeira and butter stuffed into brioche and topped with shaved black truffles.
