A sister to the stylish Victoria restaurant on Paris' Place de l'Etoile, this light and modern restaurant brings the same Mediterranean vibrancy to St Barth's. By day the atmosphere evokes a laid back beach club, with the windows thrown open to take full advantage of the seafront views of the Carribean. By night, the atmosphere is more festive and the brightly-lit dining room and sleek bar, popular with the French jet set and stays open late with DJs playing every night.

Executive Chef Yiannis Kioroglou combines the Greek influence of his upbringing with the French gastronomy that he has embraced at Victoria's Paris and St Tropez locations, as well as at the renowned La Guèrite in Cannes, with Italian favourites as well. Inspired by Cycladic mezze, there is a strong focus on small plates, incorporating all of these international styles of cooking, in the early evening, followed by an à la carte dinner menu. The restaurant is also open for breakfast and brunch from 7.30am.
