The award-winning Ray Garcia, who draws his culinary inspiration from the Los Angeles's rich culture, Southern California's produce, and his classic training - has partnered up with fellow restaurateur Beau Laughlin (Atrium in Los Feliz & Kettle Black in Silver Lake) on this new Downtown eaterie. Expect a move away from his modern Mexican food with a focus on more straightforward California fare, from a mushroom-and-cauliflower Bolognese to fried chicken tacos.
