Da Toscano

Chef Michael Toscano returns to New York, and to his culinary roots, serving up regional Italian cuisine in Greenwich Village.

The inviting address is the former home to Perla where (James Beard “Rising Star Chef” Semi-Finalist) Michael helmed the kitchen as Executive Chef back in 2012 to great acclaim - having also worked at Babbo and Eataly’s Manzo. Toscano is the culmination of Michael’s creative (and sometimes bold) interpretations of regional Italian cuisine. Expect plenty of hand-made pasta dishes and dishes from a wood-burning oven - with a menu similar to his Le Farfalle restaurant in Charleston - known for their modern approach to authentic Italian cuisine.
