Wolf by Ethan Stowell

A spinoff of his award-winning Seattle restaurant, How to Cook a Wolf, and his first New York City restaurant located on the second floor of Nordstrom's flagship store.

Prominent Seattle restaurateur Ethan Stowell - a James Beard Award nominee - owns How to Cook a Wolf, a Seattle restaurant named for a book by M.F.K. Fisher. Like many of his 15 other global restaurants, it offers simple (continually changing) mainly Italian dishes using Pacific Northwest ingredients like Dungeness crab, king salmon, oysters and wild mushrooms. Wolf, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Broadway, is Stowell's first project with Nordstrom and the restaurant open after store hours.
