Eric Frechon at Chefs Club New York

In celebration of his 20th anniversary with Le Bristol Paris, the world-renowned, 3 Michelin-starred Chef Eric Frechon heads to New York.

In celebration of his 20th anniversary with Le Bristol Paris, world-renowned Chef Eric Frechon from Michelin three-star restaurant Epicure takes the stage at Chefs Club for an unforgettable 5-day showcase of his legendary French gastronomy. With honours including the Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Knight of the Order of the ‘Légion d’Honneur’, Eric Frechon is undisputably culinary royalty, both in France and abroad.

Fittingly for a chef of his status, Frechon can be found cooking within a true Parisian institution - the legendary hotel Le Bristol, located on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Frechon has overseen the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant, Epicure, for 20 years with 10 years of holding three Michelin stars.

From November 5 to 9, Frechon is hosting dinners (priced at $175) at the Chefs Club New York, with dishes such as caviar and potato mousseline, lobster with truffles and a celeriac “spaghetti,” Bresse chicken with crayfish and mushrooms, and a chocolate dessert.
