Balaio Los Angeles by Rodrigo Oliveira

Mocotó chef Rodrigo Oliveira is opening a Brazilian restaurant in Los Angeles at the Thompson Hollywood hotel.

Oliveira runs two of the most acclaimed restaurants in São Paulo: Mocotó, focused on northeastern traditional Brazilian cuisine and the newer Balaio, where Oliveira serves updated regional dishes. Now Oliveira is bringing this concept to West Hollywood at the upcoming Thompson Hollywood hotel. Expect a hint of California to his modern Brazilian cuisine at this new casual dining concept.
