The Michelin-starred chef is opening a new restaurant in a historic cultural landmark building.
The Australian celebrity chef is also behind Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant in Hollywood and the Michelin-starred, tasting menu-driven spot Maude in Beverly Hills. Built in 1928 by the Title Insurance & Trust Company as its headquarters, The Trust Building - in the Spring Street Financial District - was designed by prolific Los Angeles architects John and Donald Parkinson in the Zig-Zag Moderne style. As for the space itself, the restaurant will follow the same Art Deco template and is expected to open in the last quarter of 2020.
