A seafaring restaurant founded by Vancouver’s award-winning Toptable Group.

A globally inspired seafood restaurant (replacing Morton's Grille) by Vancouver’s Toptable Group - best known for Blue Water Cafe, which also focuses on seafood, in Vancouver. This is the group’s first foray across the border. Designed by The Rockwell Group, the 'elegant yet approachable' restaurant features a lounge, an open kitchen and private dining rooms along with an eight-seat sushi bar.

Oceans’ kitchen is helmed by Executive Chef Andy Kitko, formerly of Estiatorio Milos and STK. The seafood-centric menu fetaures fish sourced from the Pacific, Atlantic and Mediterranean with the produce locally sourced, with most coming from the Union Square Green Market. Washed down with a wine list curated by Julie Van Zant that includes more than 10,000 bottles.

Charred Spanish octopus with marinated Gigante beans and wild oregano; Dover Sole with an almond caper butter; East Coast Halibut with celery root, braised celery heart and Bagna Cauda and braised short rib with coffee ancho chile sauce, celery, baby carrots, and horseradish gremolata.
