A modern French restaurant from legendary French chef Joël Robuchon, who held more Michelin stars than any chef in the world.

An iconic figure in the culinary world, Joël Robuchon was the world's most decorated chef with 32 Michelin stars across his restaurants. The 'Chef of the Century' sadly passed away in 2018. Robuchon's protégés now carry on this culinary philosophy. 

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Dubai is the 12th location around the world, adding to existing venues that include the Michelin-stared L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon’s in New York and Paris. Expect this outpost to offer the restaurant’s signature counter seating facing directly into the open kitchen, signature red and black colour scheme and an expansive outdoor terrace lined with bronze vines by French contemporary artist Philippe Pasqua. 

Dine on a modern French menu of classic dishes created by Joël Robuchon - such as the crispy poached egg with caviar, truffle pizza, Dover sole a la plancha and the chef’s most popular dish - mashed potatoes.
