The multi-sensory dining experience explores Asian American identity through dining, poetry and virtual reality. The interactive dinner features six courses and three cocktails presented alongside written poetry and virtual reality films. The ingredients, cooking techniques, and alternating presentations take diners on a journey through the trials and triumphs of the Asian American identity. This dining concept by chef Jenny Dorsey (an alum of Michelin-starred restaurants Atera in New York and Atelier Crenn and SPQR in San Francisco) serves up a series of purposeful plates designed to prompt conversations and cultural discussions.
