One year after making it to the semifinals of “Top Chef,” culinary prodigy Alexia Duchêne - who notably worked at Fera at Claridge's and Frenchie Covent Garden, both in London - has opened her first restaurant, Datsha, at only 24 years old. Located in the Marais, the minimalist style two-story restaurant has quickly become one of the hottest dining spots in Paris. Dine (evenings only) on a five-course seasonal menu (€80) on Duchêne’s imaginative yet refined dishes, such as crumpets topped with monkfish liver and homemade agnolotti.
