Silencio des Prés

A stone's throw from the Café de Flore, this cinema-plus-brasserie features interiors by Studio KO and a all-day dining menu by chef Guillaume Sanchez.

The Mulholland-Drive-inspired Parisian club has opened a further dining and cinema concept in Saint-Germain des Prés - replacing Beau Regard. The brassy hued interior, designed by Studio KO, remain - as does the cinema (actually the oldest cinema in Paris still in operation) including the pale wood paneling, the retro lighting, Pierre Frey carpets and champagne-hued tables.

Helmed by chef Guillaume Sanchez, owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant NESO, expect a menu of re-imagined dishes inspired by the classic of Parisian brasseries suh as eggs with Oscietra caviar, beef tartare with fish roe and trout à l’oseille with puréed celeriac. The culinary offering is completed by a cocktail bar with the talented Remy Savage (Little Red Door and PMU Paris) behind the bar. The atmospheric brasserie and heated terrace come into their own for pre-film dinners and late-night debriefs over cocktails.

Signature Dishes

Egg with Oscietra caviar; beef tartare with fish roe and cloves; tuna tartare with red shiso & fermented strawberries; trout à l’oseille with puréed celeriac and chocolate mousse drizzled with fleur de salt.
