Expect an all-day menu of healthy and nutritious bowls, salads and sandwiches, and at night, The Roof is set to become a quintessential spot for revelry where you can enjoy large format cocktails called Spirited Jugs of reimagined classics like the French 75 and Sparkling Paloma. Featuring a pool, sunbathers can relax across several lounge areas or kick back in one of the shaded sections insulated by airy, scalloped retractable roofs.
