Nestled under The Dorchester’s plane tree, The Spring Garden has two private garden globes which seat up to five guests each.
Enjoy a private dining menu by Executive Chef Mario Perera in partnership with Veuve Clicquot. The spring inspired three-course menu celebrates the best of British and includes; Scottish Diver scallops ceviche; blue lobster & Wye Valley asparagus; and The Dorchester coulibiac.
The Spring Garden is open daily from April 12, for lunch and dinner with menus priced at £160 per person, including a glass of Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame Vintage 2004. Minimum spend of £450 per garden globe applies.
