Dubai's Boca and Carnival by Trèsind are teaming-up for one-off dining experience...
The special menu "merges cultures, flavours, ingredients and techniques from different regions" and showcases a modern take on Indian street food, while putting a twist on classic dishes. Inspired by Emirati culture – expect dishes such as a take on lamb machboos made with 12-hour braised lamb, heirloom baby carrots with labneh, yuzu aioli and bomba rice.
The dinners are priced at Dhs 350 with with two sittings available each day at Carnival by Trèsind (pictured): 6.30pm and 9.30pm on both Thursday January 21 and Friday January 22.
