This 46-cover terrace - located on a mezzanine level - sees Head Chef Nick Beardshaw dishing up seasonal dishes from an open Synergy grill - expect dishes such as grilled whole lobster with herb butter and a beef burger with Ogleshield cheese and pulled pork. To complement the setting, choose from Laurent-Perrier Brut, Rosé and Grand Siècle all served by the glass, alongside a lager from Marlow-based Rebellion Beer Company.
This new pop-up space surrounds the glass dome atop Corinthia London’s Baccarat chandelier (in the Crystal Moon Lounge), transformed into a garden oasis. Open daily from noon-9pm.
