Originally launched in Milan, and now with 12 restaurants across seven Italian cities, Miscusi attracts a cult following - renowned for its quality ingredients and simple, but flavoursome dishes. The menu celebrates classic Italian pasta dishes choose from recommended pasta combinations or create your own personalised dishes. In addition to pasta, a range of appetizers and desserts will be on offer as well as a selection of wines and flowing water fountains.

Carbo croccante - spaghetti carbonara with guanciale, Pecorino and chopped pistachios; Cacio e pepe with a prawn tartare and lentil Mezze maniche with diced tomatoes, basil and ricotta.
