Céline Pham at Petrossian

The acclaimed nomadic chef has opened her table d'hôte in the original Pétrossian store for a short term residency.

Céline Pham has developed a unique and dynamic culinary style that combines her Vietnamese roots with her training in classic French gastronomy - first at the Ferrandi school then with a few highly regarded establishments including Saturne, Chez Aline and Septime. Pham has now taken up residency - for two months only at The Petrossian Left Bank boutique - in the 7th arrondissement.

The 20-seat table d'hôte sees a 5-course tasting menu - prepared by Pham and Laura Ait Si Amer (Tontine & Four Seasons Hotel George V). The plant-centric menu includes Petrossian speciality products such as caviar and maviar flowers. Highlights include: king crab rolls with Sicilian avocado and soba, black bread brioche and salmon heart and beetroot with trout eggs, noru and nasturtiums, eel, roasted salsify and caviar.
