Bazaar Meat by José Andrés

Chef José Andrés celebrates carnivores at this LA outpost of his popular meat-minded restaurant.

Expect a twist on the tired steakhouse formula at this stand-alone restaurant on the sixth floor of The Grand LA - with views overlooking the Broad and MOCA. As the name suggests, meat plays a role on nearly every plate here - where flaming grills are primed to serve up shareable plates of bison carpaccio tacos and beef tartare alongside classic steakhouse favourites – Black Angus and Wagyu rib eyes etc.

Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup are opening three new restaurants in Downtown Los Angeles in 2022 at the Frank Gehry-designed Grand LA complex across from the famed Disney Concert Hall. The restaurants - including an open-air rooftop concept with a Latin-and Asian-inspired menu and a 10th floor restaurant featuring “magical Spanish feasts” with farm-fresh California ingredients - are part of the larger complex overall, which includes the Conrad Los Angeles hotel.
