Fouquet’s - Dubai

A high-end classic French brasserie restaurant from a renowned French chef, has arrived in Dubai.

Fouquet's, one of Paris' most iconic restaurants, made its Middle Eastern debut at Louvre Abu Dhabi (pictured) and is now open in Dubai. The legendary Parisian brasserie has been serving their top-quality brasserie-style classics for more than a century in their Paris home - and since expanded from Paris to Cannes, Toulouse, Marrakech, La Baule, Enghien-les-Bains, Courchevel and Montreux.

Set over a sprawling four floors, the new Fouquet’s restaurant features a pâtisserie, a bar, the iconic brasserie, private lounges, and a rooftop boasting stunning views of Burj Khalifa and Opera District - all with a glamorous setting, where the black and white Harcourt portraits adorn the emblematic wood-panels. Legendary Michelin-lauded chef Pierre Gagnaire who helms the Paris brasserie also oversees the operations in Dubai, with a similar menu of enhanced brasserie-style classics including Fouquet's beef tartare, sole meunière and Simmental beef fillet with Champs-Elysées sauce.
