On March 6th The St. John Drake's Diner will appear for one night as Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver’s legendary nose-to-tail restaurant takes over Brooklyn's iconic Long Island Bar. Expect a menu drawn from St. John classics reimagined for the spirit of New York, served up in the beautifully preserved 1930s bar - which originally opened in 1951 and is very much a Brooklyn landmark. Dishes include: devilled eggs and caviar and baked clams with bone marrow and parsley salad. The menu is priced at £230.
