For one night only, the legendary Executive Chefs of CUT at 45 Park Lane and Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester join forces to create an outstanding six-course dinner. Both chefs will marry contemporary French and American cuisine at the dinner, taking guests “on a culinary journey with exceptional wine pairings". Expect to be served some of the memorable dishes that have helped propel them to stardom. The dinner will be served from 6-10pm on Wednesday June 7. Tickets are priced at £633, with a £230 wine pairing available.

Hand-dived scallop, citrus beurre blanc and Kristal caviar; andmade sweet pea agnolotti with ragout of white asparagus, fava beans, morel mushrooms; duo of Australian Wagyu beef, grilled New York steak with crispy shiso with togarashi & yuzu kosho emulsion and Marjolasian – cashew nougatine with espresso mousse & cappuccino ice cream.
