Top London Health Hubs

With the health and wellbeing market beginning to boom in London, one might get overwhelmed with the different options that are now on offer. How do you know if they really are healthy and what do they offer specifically? Nutritional therapist Zoë Stirling recommends London’s best health hubs.

CPRESS, 285 Fulham Road, SW10

A café situated on the Fulham Road offering organic cold pressed juices, coffees, snacks, treats, salads and smoothies. They believe in providing only organic food and beverages of the highest quality. When choosing somewhere to buy a juice, looking for one that is certified organic (look for The Soil Association logo) is incredibly important as the amount of chemical residues and pesticides is far less. You don’t want to be absorbing pesticides as well as the goodness in cold pressed juice as it will negate all the positive benefits of juicing in the first place! CPRESS don’t do run-of the-mill juice blends, which keeps their menu interesting but on top of that, they all taste incredibly crisp, clean, refreshing and totally delicious.

Grace Belgravia, 11c West Halkin Street, SW1X

One for the ladies, Grace Belgravia is in fact a members health club. However, it is also a haven of serene health and wellbeing with a chic restaurant and café boasting a Californian inspired menu. The food is not only excellent but there is a wonderful juice and smoothie offering also. This is a beautiful place to go for a girly lunch or evening bite.

Daylesford, 208-212 Westbourne Grove, W11

Such a cosy spot on Westbourne Grove, Daylesford has long been a favourite spot in town especially for a healthy weekend brunch. Remember to always take a look at the specials on the Daylesford menu, there is always something interesting and seasonal that is always delicious and healthy. There is also a small farmshop attached with an array of delicious healthy delicatessen style products plus organic coffee bar to either sit in or order to have on-the-go.

Nama, 110 Talbot Road, W11

A small vegan restaurant in Notting Hill that offers beautifully prepared vegan food. From lasagne to pizza, their menu puts a vegan twist on meals that we usually deem as unhealthy. Not a place for anyone with a nut allergy as the menu contains lots of cashews creams and nut based treats, but everything is organic, unprocessed, gluten and dairy free.
