Struie Road

Named after Struie Road, one of the most remote places in Britain, and home to some of the best produce available, this seasonal eight-course menu is entirely sourced from their native region of the Highlands.

Dishes on this unique menu will feature Scottish traditional seasonal fair with a modern twist. Enjoy haggis with horseradish and potatoes skins, earl grey salmon gravlax and red braised spring pigeon among other delicacies. As well as a creative cocktail menu which will also be on offer, featuring several foraged cocktails with locally picked ingredients including nettles and berries.

At the end of the night, you will be treated to a very Scottish goodie bag featuring, Balblair whisky, gin, workshop coffee, some home-made Scottish tablet and a voucher for some free sides at The Wild Game Co. Charlotte street restaurant.

Founded by Andy Waugh (in 2010), his unique concept is all about the wild game and venison directly sourced from his family home in the Highlands. (The meat is also butchered by his father’s game-butchering business). Enjoy the stylish but relaxed setting, with reclaimed wood, interior vertical garden, exposed brickwork and filament bulbs just some of the design features.
