The brothers behind the Blue Ribbon empire run their modern Japanese eatery at the Grove.

Set in the midst of The Grove (L.A.’s busiest outdoor dining/shopping destination), from the Bromberg brothers - owners of 19 Blue Ribbon establishments worldwide – Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill immediately improves the dining choices at the popular mid-city outdoor mall. Blue Ribbon offers traditional sushi and sashimi selections divided into two sections: Atlantic and Pacific (flown in daily from Japan). Cooked fare includes Blue Ribbon’s delectable fried chicken with wasabi honey, grilled fish and a hearty bone-in Rib Steak.

Complementing the signature menu are close to 70 sakes, Asian beers and craft cocktails. Bruce and Eric Bromberg both attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and Eric became the first American to teach classes at the prestigious cookery school. Their fleet of restaurants includes Blue Ribbon on New York’s Upper West Side, Blue Ribbon Sushi, Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken, Blue Ribbon Bakery Kitchen and Blue Ribbon Beer Garden, as well as Blue Ribbon restaurants in Las Vegas and London. Lunch service will be added.
