Top Chef finalist Lindsay Autry teams up with restaurateur Thierry Beaud (from PB Catch Seafood & Raw Bar) to open her first restaurant in West Palm Beach.
The Regional Kitchen & Public House is parked in the popular CityPlace plaza located downtown alongside other restaurant establishments including Mellow Mushroom, City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill, and Sweet Ginger Asian Bistro.
The spacious indoor/outdoor venue features an open kitchen in the dining room. There is also a bar and lounge area, mixing up both speciality cocktails and classic sips.
As for food, enjoy a mix of Mediterranean with some southern flavor, using locally-sourced ingredients, peppered with a few modern twists.
