This summer, the Cornish Riviera is coming to The Goring...

 

 

A three-month long celebration of the sea, amongst the lush foliage and flowers of the hotel’s gardens and bringing the best produce, the best fish, the best wines, the best lobsters and the best local chefs up the M5.

The Goring’s Michelin-starred Chef, Shay Cooper, is working with Rick Stein and his son, executive chef Jack Stein, creating a scrumptious, Cornish-inspired menu, bursting with lobster, crab and the freshest fish imaginable. All served in the sunshine with a glass of rosé. The veranda will be transformed into a Cornish fish restaurant with a stylish, yet relaxed summer vibe. And the beach? That is being taken care of too...

Signature Dishes

Cornish lobster bisque with chervil, and curried crab salad with Buttervilla tomatoes; lemon sole with hollandaise sauce, potatoes and buttered greens and shoulder of Cornish lamb with broad beans and new potatoes.

Signature Drinks

Tarquin-tini made with Cornwall-made Tarquin’s dry gin with Noilly Prat, lime juice, white wine and red grapes.
