Maude unveils 2016 tasting menus

Celebrity chef Curtis Stone's award-winning restaurant Maude has revealed its tasting menu line-up for next year.

The restaurant in Beverly Hills, which last year won LA Weekly's best new restaurant award and was also named Restaurant of the Year by Eater LA, presents a unique approach to its tasting menu only concept. For each month, Stone chooses a single ingredient that drives the entire menu, from first bites right through to desserts.

The tasting menu comprises nine to ten courses offering a parade of dishes showcasing superlative skill, technique and attention to detail, with one seasonal ingredient creatively woven throughout. Next year's list of ingredients is completely different from this year, except for white and black truffles in November and December respectively. Reservations for each month open on the first of the previous month.

Here is the list of ingredients for 2016:
January: Carrots
February: Potato
March: Pistachio
April: Radish
May: Garlic
June: Cherry
July: Zucchini
August: Plum
September: Grapes
October: Chicories
November: White truffle
December: Black truffle
