Swingers are celebrating Valentine’s with a crazy golf package that will suit couples to a tee. Couples with a competitive edge can leave the clichéd Valentine’s plans behind and opt for a very special one-off round of crazy golf for two on one of the four renowned 9-hole courses, a bottle of Perrier Jouët Champagne and a heart shaped pizza of your choice from Pizza Pilgrims or Made of Dough (depending on which location you visit). After the bubbly, head over to one of the bars for world class cocktails. The package is available from 14-17 February and costs £86 per couple.

Murder Mystery Night at Barts

Barts, the secret speakeasy in Chelsea, invites guests to experience an immersive evening of mystery and investigation as they are tasked with solving a gruesome murder case - a love story gone wrong. This exciting murder mystery night, put on in collaboration with Torchlight Mysteries, sees guests manoeuvre their way through an old apartment block in order to find the secret black door. Beyond, lies not only Chelsea’s most notorious speakeasy - famed for its lawless liquor and raucous parties - but also something far more sinister… the scene of a terrible crime. Once you’ve solved the mystery, you can calm your nerves with a toast to the deceased and a complimentary cocktail from Barts’ Murderous menu and enjoy the afterparty. Tickets are £30pp and include a welcome drink.

The Luna Cinema at Natural History Museum

Looking for an antidote to the love-in? The Luna Cinema is popping up at the Natural History Museum with specially selected screenings across three evenings this Valentines. But this one’s not just for couples - as well as Pretty Woman, The Notebook, A Star Is Born and Love Actually, there will be anti-Valentines screenings of Kill Bill Vol 1 and Thelma and Louise. The films are being screened in the Hintze Hall and every filmgoer receives a complimentary box of popcorn and access to the Natural History Museum’s Life in the Dark exhibition. Tickets are priced at £27.70 per person.

Valentine's Gingerbread Cabin at York & Albany

Floating World

Billed as a journey into ‘sensual Japanese culture’. Floating World, a production created by the event company Takayo, is hosting guests for cocktails and a three-course meal, followed by a calligraphy lesson and a demonstration of ‘the beauty, humour and passion of Shunga – the celebrated erotic art of Japan’. For the evening Takayo recreate a teahouse in the alleys of an ancient Edo red light district, where Japanese sophisticates gathered for evenings of extravagant and erotic entertainment. Guests are dressed in kimonos, and served a Japanese meal cooked by supper club Megumi’s, before exploring the history Shunga – the erotic art of Japan – and setting to on their own artistic creation. Priced at £49 per person. 

Big Phat Roman Wedding at Bunga Bunga

This Valentine’s weekend, you are  invited to celebrate the wedding of the year at Bunga Bunga Covent Garden, at Bunga’s Big Phat Roman Wedding.
