Seven Wonders of the Culinary World by Adam Rawson

Chef of the Year (at the Young British Foodies awards) Adam Rawson, recently left British-Peruvian restaurant Pachamama and has just returned to London following various trips. Having eaten his way around he is sharing his experience with a new supper club.

Embark on an gastronomic adventure (available in the evenings only), across the world as Adam brings U seven dishes inspired his recent travels in search of the perfect dish. Adam will be guiding U through the hidden spice markets of Morocco to the fresh seas of Sardinia, from the salty shores of Croatia to the depths of the Basque country in Spain. 

Dishes include: lamb and golden raisin pastilla (Morroco); baked mussels and gorgonzola (Sadinia); Porcini and truffle "ravioli" (Piedmont) and dark chocolate and liquid gold (Croatia). Tickets cost £38.50.

During lunch-times, special burgers are available such as; Pan Con Chicharron with aged Galician patty, smoked cheddar, aji rocotto ketchup, aji Amarillo mustard, salsa criolla & crispy pork and the Global Traveller - aged Galician mince, truffle aioli, wild rocket, gorgonzola, balsamic onions & pancetta - alongside triple-cooked onion aioli chips.
