Le Relais de l’Entrecôte

Parisian steak frites import now open on Melrose Avenue.

After almost two years in the making, Le Relais de'Entrecote has finally opened its doors in West Hollywood. It's the first US outpost for the international restaurant group, which also has restaurants in Geneva and Paris.

Le Relais de l’Entrecôte only does one thing - steak frites - but it does this exceptionally well. Comprising a juicy, yet lean cut of sirloin cap, the steaks are cooked sous vide (in a waterbath) locking in all the moisture and flavor before being seared on the stove top in butter and wine and topped with their delicious secret sauce. The frites are made from hand-cut russet potatoes and fried in beef fat rendering them irresistibly crispy.

For now it's dinner only but once Le Relais de l’Entrecôte is fully up and running, expect daily lunch and dinner. This is just about the most authentic steak frites you can get in LA so don't miss out.
