Paley

A new fine dining restaurant has come to Columbia Square, marking the return of the Golden Age of Hollywood.

Owned and operated by worldwide hospitality group Plan Do See, Paley’s kitchen is headed up by chef Greg Bernhardt, (ex Church & State), who serves a dynamic menu of seasonal and local ingredients in classic dishes with a modern twist. Overseeing all front of the house responsibilities is Nicolas Fanucci, who was formerly the general manager of The French Laundry.

The historic location, once home to Hollywood's first movie studio and then designed by architect William Lescaze to house CBS Studios, it is named after CBS CEO and visionary William S. Paley. The design feels midcentury modern with a contemporary edge. The space is also home to NeueHouse, the new invite-only co-working and social hub.
