The best chefs from around the world descend on (Michelin-starred) Northcote for a series of showstopping dinners that showcase local produce with global flavours...

The dinners will be taking place in both the restaurant and the Louis Roederer (private dining) Rooms and features an impressive line up of 21 chefs (with 16 Michelin stars between them) - with both national and international talent and takes place over 18 nights - from 18 January to 4 February. Diners are able to watch the theatre of the kitchen at work (shown on screens) as well as the chance to chat with the chefs and a rare glimpse behind-the-scenes. 

Obsession was created by Nigel Haworth, chef ambassador of Michelin-starred restaurant Northcote in Langho, Lancashire to celebrate great food, wine and chefs. The line up includes: Jason Atherton, Jean-Philippe Blondet (3 stars) of Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, Hiroshi Nakamichi (3 stars) from Restaurant Moliere in Japan, Jorge Vallejo (World Top 50 - 22) and the Berezutskiy Twins (formerly World Top 100 - 92) of Twins Garden in Moscow. Each chef will be cooking dishes inspired by the local, fresh and seasonal ingredients from the North West of England.

Tickets for Obsession 18 cost from £140 per person including Louis Roederer Champagne and canapé reception, five course menu, and coffee and petit fours. Specially paired wine flight can be added starting from £60 per person. VIP hospitality packages are available to book for six or more people in the Louis Roederer Room or at the Chef’s Table, from £2,400 + VAT.
