Tem Ban and Taco Rebels are splitting a residency in The King & Co in Clapham this September

The latest residency from The King & Co sees the kitchen duty splitting between Tem Ban and Taco Rebels. From Wednesday to Sunday each week Tem Ban's head chef Craig Broadhurst returns, cooking an array of new dishes pairing core Southeast Asian ingredients with the best British seasonal produce such as grilled corn on the cob with salt coconut cream, red duck curry with ginger and their pork belly salad with crispy fish flakes. Monday's and Tuesday's see relative newcomers Taco Rebels and their interesting innovative twist on classic Mexican tortillas, serving up dishes such as “Slumdog Muttonaire” lamb shoulder curry with raita slaw.They're continuing their TacoTuesday deal with five tacos for £15 or three with Lock ‘N Load Nachos..

Tem Ban - Grilled corn on the cob with salted coconut cream, chilli and lime; red duck curry with ginger, green beans and Thai basil; and pork belly salad with crispy fish flakes, lemongrass, coriander and red chilli dressing. Taco Rebels - the Pan-Asian Piggy with aromatic pork belly, pineapple and ginger salsa, sriracha and crema; and their signature beet balls with spiced carrot hummus, feta and charred kiwi salsa.
