Rüya at The St. Regis Dubai

An enticing dining concept that explores the rich history and diversity of Anatolian food, is opening in a new location.

A venture from D.ream Group, the people behind Zuma, Nusret and Coya Dubai, in partnership with Umut Özkanca, who hails from a renowned Turkish family of restaurateurs. Rüya, which means dream in Turkish, is relocating from the Grosvenor House hotel and reopening at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. Bold and bright, the elegant space features an open kitchen, patterned tiles, elegant chandeliers and juxtaposition of marble and metal.

The rich culinary heritage of Anatolia has been reinterpreted in contemporary terms weaving stories of regional cuisine through delicious flavours. The menu, which uses ethically sourced Turkish produce, features signature dishes such as Cağ kebabı - a horizontally stacked charcoal-grilled marinated lamb kebab - plus other traditional spit roasts, skewers, and the quintessentially Turkish flatbread, Pide. The beverage side of things is no less impressive, with a creative cocktail menu, and an array of Turkish wines on offer.
