The fast-casual Taiwanese-Chinese restaurant in Silver Lake, is set to expand to Highland Park.
Serving authentic, delicious Taiwanese-Chinese fare in a comfortable, modern setting, the restaurant has become one of Silver Lake's most popular restaurants.
Its owners – led by founder Vivian Ku - are opening a new Taiwanese concept inside the former Ba on York Boulevard. The new concept, which is scheduled to open in January 2017, is yet to be a named. Like Pine & Crane, it will offer a fast-casual approach to service but the food offer will be vastly different from the Silver Lake original.
