Quincy Jones has opened his first ever live music lounge concept at Palazzo Versace Dubai.
Easily one of the most exciting nightlife openings for the City, the legendary music producer brings a slice of his signature music to Dubai with this luxe, intimate lounge bar. Q's is plush and opulent, with a gentleman's club kind of feel, and features state-of-the-art acoustics, setting the stage for the globally acclaimed acts that will be performing live. A comforting New York- and New Orleans-inspired food menu complements the wide selection of rare, premium beverages.
The first artist-in-residence, multi award-winning drummer, instrumentalist and composer Ollie Howell - who was hand-picked by Quincy - opened the venue and will perform in Dubai until February. He is joined on occasion by surprise international acts - such as Swedish band Dirty Loops - for exclusive events.
