INTRO Art Gallery & Chef’s Table

Get ready for an experimental dinner party that will enchant all of Ur senses.

Open on Friday and Saturday nights in North Hollywood, the intimate tasting menu extravaganza comes curtsey of chef Paul Shoemaker (ex-Bastide/Providence), Rob Ciancimino (front of house) and Grammy winning DJ Manny Marroquin.

The 12-course meal is served inside a candlelit art gallery that was formerly a dance studio, where works from rotating artists encircle a 24-foot-long communal table. Dinner starts with cocktails and moves from various small bite-sized courses like Salmon Skin topped with citrus cured salmon, and Meyer lemon to the hefty main course of Prime Hanger Steak with Époisses fondue, garlic confit, parsley pistou, and sauce Bordelaise. Wine pairings are conjured by guest wine director Jolly Sood.

This is a supper club not to be missed. But if U can’t make it on the weekend, there’s always the option of booking the whole thing for a get-together with friends.
