8th - 10th June: Conor Sheehan & Jackson Berg from moveable restaurant Xiringuito.
15th - 17th June: Freddie Janssen (F.A.T. and author of Pickled) & Sebastian Myers (The Laughing Heart Cave) of Snackbar.
22th - 24th June: Leandro Carreira & Cameron Dewar famously of their residency in Climpsons Arch.
Each pop-up runs over three days, with dinner Thursday and Friday and a lunch and dinner offering on Saturday. Tickets are £50 and include a cocktail and snacks, three courses and beverage pairing. Lunch is £35 with a cocktail, snacks, three courses and an optional pairing at £15. Each menu has been carefully curated by each chef - using seasonal ingredients, highlighting produce from the market.
