Located in the heart of Tribeca, Bar Cyrk is based on the old movie parlours of the 1920s in New York City, brought to life by the mixologist behind the Theater Bar, Albert Trummer.

Drinkers can choose from an array of classic and contemporary cocktails, including the Wonder Wheel, made with muddled cucumbers, grapefruit reduction, rum and seltzer,  and the Yellow Cab, made with pineapple, rum and Madagascar vanilla. Though Bar Cyrk is a cocktail bar at heart, guests can also enjoy pizza by the box or by the slice as well, including the Calliope, a pizza with three types of cheese, button and shitake mushrooms drizzled with truffle oil, and the Candlestick made with homemade sweet chardonnay chicken, apple and mozzarella. There is also the Ringmaster, the bar’s signature mozzarella, parmesan, tomato and fresh basil pizza, served by the slice.   

The homage to the old-style movie parlours includes interior décor of chandeliers, mason jars and vases filled with fruit and oils, and tiled walls decorated with photographs of famous New York sights and landmarks.
