ALT Feast

With a staggering collection of Michelin Stars between them, three talented chefs are preparing a unique menu over at The Four Horsemen in Williamsburg.

Some people believe that food can take on the emotions of the chefs cooking it. Following this logic, happy chefs would make the best food. If you agree with this sentiment, and love French flavours with an influence of Asian and Scandinavian, be sure to check out the latest rendition of ATL Feast.

Being help at The Four Horsemen, owned by LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy, in Williamsburg, ALT Feast sees three incredibly talented chefs coming together for one night to cook an unusual meal simply for the reason they like to cook together. On January 25th, find French chef Laurent Gras (Guy Savoy, Alain Ducasse, Jacques Maximin), Alex Leonard (Daniel, Noma, Blanca), and Tim Dornan (L20, Qui, Eleven Madison Park) passionately putting together dishes inspired by a Parisian Bistro, only with their own small twists.

Held at different locations every month or so, the menu this time features dishes like boudin blanc with truffled mashed potatoes, pate encroute with pork filled, foie gras, and truffle pistachio, and Dover sole Normande. All dishes are available a la carte ranging from $15 to $25 per dish.
