Executive Chef Christophe Cussac, has invited Michelin-starred chef Rodrigo de la Calle to create a vegan-friendly pop-up - poolside- restaurant at the hotel to showcase some of his signature "gastrobotanic" dishes during dinner. Expect dishes with vegetables taking the starring role - from his Madrid based restaurant El Invernadero. Reservations are available throughout the summer - throughout July and August, from Tuesday to Saturday.
