Summer Splendor

On June 27th, the glitz and grandiose gastronomy of Las Vegas collides with Crossroads Chef Tal Ronnen’s imaginative plant-based fare for a special guest chef dinner featuring Mark LoRusso of Costa di Mare, and David Walzog and Andy Jin of Lakeside.

The evening will take guests through a progressive “Summer Splendor” menu, with each chef showcasing dishes inspired by the season’s harvest. The dinner comprises a three-course menu, with two options for each course that represents each chef.

The menu will start off with an amouse bouche of watermelon gazpacho with stuffed squash blossom and then range from an option of a watercress and peach salad with toasted hazelnuts, balsamic roasted cipollini onions, shiitake bacon and mint vinaigrette; to potato gnocchi with chanterelles muchrooms, white asparagus and tarragon; porcini crostata with vegan ricotta and radicchio marmalade salad; and a vegan ice cream sundae.
