The Mexican restaurant in Pasadena, which has become an institution in the Los Angeles dining scene, is now offering brunch.

Maestro is an authentic Mexican restaurant and Mezcaleria offering elevated comfort food in Old Town Pasadena. The restaurant has just unveiled its brunch menu bringing a modern Mexican spin on classic brunch dishes.

The menu pays homage to authentic restaurants in Mexico that specialize in regional cuisine, and brunch will be no exception. The menu includes chilaquiles: a combination of queso cotija, tortilla chips, salsa roja, fried egg, and pico de gallo.  If U want something sweet, dive into Maestro’s French toast with chocolate abuelita. And for something boozy try the “Bloody Maria” the restaurant’s take on the classic Bloody Mary, a combination of mezcal and a secret house mix.
