It may be a fine dining destination, but who says that means you can't have hearty noodle soups here? Chef David Pang has set out to break the mould with a new Ramen Noodle menu that puts a modern twist on five different traditional Ramens, from different regions of China - from Shanghai style to Szechchuan.
The new Ramen menu is available every evening at à la carte prices.
