BQ - French Kitchen & Bar at the St Regis Dubai gives Friday brunches a style makeover.

Launching September 29, the lavish new brunch brings fashion and food together in an inspiring setting that melds vintage with modern. The indulgent buffet features sharing-style crudités, an oyster bar boasting Fin de Claire oysters and other seafood delights to start things off in style. Some of the other gourmet highlights include a Foie Gras trolley, and prime 72-hour-slow-cooked beef, carved table-side. Led by Executive Chef Juraj Kalna, the kitchen team interact with guests serving some of the decadent delicacies right at the table. 

And for those who want the hedonism to continue - which is quite likely with such an indulgent affair - they've got just the ticket with their special after-brunch offer of 40 per cent off select drinks at either the Champagne Lounge or the St. Regis Bar. 

The Versailles Evolution brunch is priced at AED 350 for the Haute package (soft beverages); AED 550 for the Couture package (house beverages); and AED650 for the Versailles package, (including bubbly).
